Daily Practices
Upon waking, mentally review your daily activities and visualize yourself succeeding. Then do exercise (intense or psychophysical) and meditate for at least 21 minutes, ideally 49.
Before sleep, take a moment to give thanks and reflect on what you could have done better, and perform a deeper meditation in two stages: guided and deep state.
In addition, include a weekly chakra alignment meditation.
